Warranty
Our lens warranty
We want you to be completely confident in the lenses supplied by KEPT.
If your lenses are faulty, incorrectly manufactured or don’t match the prescription and lens specification you ordered, we’ll put it right.
Lens coatings
Where your chosen lens package includes a coating, this is covered against manufacturing defects in accordance with the lens manufacturer’s warranty.
Normal wear and tear, accidental scratching, misuse or damage caused after delivery isn’t considered a manufacturing defect.
Your existing frame
Because KEPT fits new lenses into your existing frame, we can’t provide a warranty for the frame itself or for faults that existed before it reached us.
We’ll inspect your frame before proceeding. If we believe its condition makes reglazing unsuitable, we’ll contact you before your new lenses are fitted.
Prescription changes
Your lenses are manufactured using the prescription you provide when ordering.
If your prescription changes after your lenses have been manufactured, this isn’t considered a manufacturing fault.
For this reason, we recommend using a current prescription from a recent eye examination.
Having trouble with your new lenses?
Sometimes new prescriptions — particularly varifocals — can take a little time to get used to.
If something doesn’t feel right, contact us before taking any further action. We’ll review your order, prescription and lens specification and advise you on the appropriate next step.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights under UK law
