How do I send my glasses to you?

Once you've placed your order, we arrange a Royal Mail collection and Royal Mail can bring the label. Pack your glasses securely and send them to us using the tracked service provided. Standard postage includes compensation up to£75. If you believe your frames have a replacement value above £75, please contact us before sending them so we can arrange appropriate cover.

Can I use my own frames

Yes. KEPT is designed to reglaze your existing frames with brand-new prescription lenses, helping you keep the glasses you already love

How long does it take?

Once we receive your frames and check them for suitability. We will order your prescription lenses and expertly glaze them into your glasses. Single vision orders can take up to 7 working days, while some varifocal lenses can take up to 14 working days. You are updated along the journey.

What if my frames aren't suitable?

We'll inspect your frames before glazing. if we believe they are suitable, we'll contact you before any work is carried out.

Do I need a recent prescription?

Yes. You'll need a valid prescription from your optician so we can manufacture your lenses accurately.
