How It Works

New lenses. Same frames.

KEPT makes replacing the lenses in your existing glasses simple. Keep the frames you already love and choose new prescription lenses without buying a completely new pair of glasses.

1. Choose your lenses

Select the lens package that suits you and your prescription. You'll be guided through the options during the ordering process.

Not sure which lenses you need? Contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

2. Tell us your prescription

Enter your prescription details during checkout and provide any additional measurements requested.

Every order is manually checked before we order your lenses. If anything looks incomplete, unusual or inconsistent, we'll contact you before proceeding.

3. Send us your glasses

Once you've ordered, we'll arrange your prepaid Royal Mail send-in service so you can safely send your glasses to KEPT.

We'll let you know when your glasses have arrived with us.

4. We check your frames

Before any lenses are ordered, we'll inspect your glasses to make sure the frame is suitable for reglazing.

If we spot anything that could prevent us from completing your order safely, we'll contact you first.

5. Your new lenses are made and fitted

Your prescription lenses are ordered specifically for you and carefully fitted into your existing frames.

Once complete, we'll check your glasses, clean them and set them up ready for their journey home.

6. Your glasses come back to you

Your completed glasses are securely packaged and returned using a tracked delivery service.

Where possible, we'll also return your original lenses with your glasses.

That's it. Your frames, kept. Your lenses, renewed.

Typical turnaround is usually up to 1 week for single vision lenses and up to 2 weeks for varifocal and more specialist lenses, calculated from when we've received and approved your frame.

These are estimated turnaround times rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
